My subscription isn't working
Tap Restore Purchases in the app settings. If the issue persists, email us.
I want to cancel my subscription
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
The app isn't loading stories
Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. Stories refresh every 30 minutes.
I found an error in a summary
Our summaries are AI-generated and occasionally imperfect. Email us the story and we'll review it.
